​I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit before scheduling.
Session Rate:
Individual therapy sessions are $180 per 53-minute appointment. I reserve Mondays for in-person appointments only.
Insurance:
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and its subsidiaries. If you have a different insurance provider, I am considered an out-of-network provider and can provide a superbill upon request. This may allow you to seek partial reimbursement through your insurance, depending on your plan.
